Which one do you suffer from?
Many of the members that come to us have a combination of all the things above, if not all of them.
Now, which do you tackle first?
Or do you decide to tackle all of them at once?
Simple questions I know but very rarely do people get it right.
What would you do?
In most peoples cases, they tackle the food thingy first
And by this I mean they choose a diet and dive right in at the deep end.
"That's it, I am starting on Monday, and I am not eating this, that and everything else under the sun except chips because that's what my points allow me"
In the above scenario there are a lot of warning signs that you are just going to revert back to square one again
Which happens more often than not.
This is just so wrong.
But many people do it this way.
So you end up...more stressed, more anxious, lacking even more confidence, and you end up eating a whole load more junk food...
This sounds about right, don't you think?
I personally would deal with the causes of stress.
You see, everyone's journey and needs are different.
That's one of many reasons why GENERIC diets don't work for you.

So when people come to us, that is why it is massively important that we do ask a ton of questions before they even step through the door of the studio
It just helps us better help them
Upon initial enquiry, everybody wants to lose weight.
They are stressed, anxious and lack a lot of confidence.
So instead of us just saying what everyone else says "well, that's just a need of focusing on EXERCISE and DIET...
We do the complete opposite.
Not everyone that comes to us need exercises as a priority
They have other 'stuff' that needs addressing first
And that is the mindset stuff
The most powerful thing here is
We ask them to eat more, train less
BUT focus more on mindset...
Unbelievable right!
