LiarLife (Lighter Life) and other shake diets

Stay CLEAR of these diets

They will over time overwhelm the body with toxins and cause an imbalance in hormones

It’s not like you need any more of these, right?

Especially if you have some understanding of what both toxins and over producing the hormone estrogen does to the body

For one it makes you FATTER

Two, you’ll have a lifetime struggle to get rid those bingo wings, hips and thighs.

Just some food for thought.

An actual Liarlife practitioner here in Leicester, actually hired me to help them lose weight.

I know what you are thinking – why did they do that when they practically run a business on helping people lose weight

I think you already know the answer to that J

Remember, last week when I told you about the conversation I got in to about the guys that where drinking diet shakes at the Hilton Hotel, here in London.

And I couldn’t help myself but ask them “why?”

Well, the conversation kinda went like this-

Joe “may I ask what are the shakes and is that the plan, that you can only have shakes?”

Let’s call the other person Sally

Sally “it’s a weight management meal replacement shake and no I can go back to normal eating when I’ve done the 12 week program”

Have you ever done anything like this?

Well, let me dissect everything that is wrong here for you

Being the coach I am, just from that answer I took many things in

I took

Body language

Tonality of voice

Statements

Signs of behaviour patterns

Likely relationship with food

And so on…

So lots!

Now, if I knew Sally more or she had invited me to help her or in this case why don’t you put yourself in 
Sally’s shoes and see how you would respond to my coaching below

“Sally, what is back to normal eating like for you?”

“would going back to normal eating be likely to put the weight back on?”

“What if you managed your weight but became unhealthy doing so?”

“How would this make you feel?”

“How do you currently feel about being in social situations where you have to explain that you cannot eat 
‘real’ food because you are on a shake diet?”

“Or, if it was your choice would you avoid these situations altogether?”

“Are your family on the same shake diet too?”

“How are the shakes making you feel?”

“Are you fully aware of the ingredients in the shakes?”

Make sure you read and answer those questions above.

Now, lets go to one of the ingredients in the shakes that you probably weren't aware of.

The reason why I’d like to do this is because seeing those people on diet shakes was not the only experience I had this weekend

You see, once people become aware of what I do I get all sorts of distributors asking me to sell their diets shakes or fat loss pills for them.

And the one thing I ask

Well, not the one thing I ask many things which blows there mind

And gets them to seriously re think about selling the product to public or people like you

Because quite literally it is making you fatter.

In this instance the question was based around ingredients

If you’ve come across these diet shakes you’ll notice that they don’t list the ingredients for some reason.

One reason for this which is pretty obvious is that they don’t want you to know

But as a matter of fact this one product in particular had no ingredient list but did rave about the fact that it 
had ‘Soy’ in it

Like it was the ultimate secret ingredient to achieving lasting weight loss forever

The guy was practically selling it to me on the basis of this

Until, I said

“have you actually done your research on soy?”

Conversation stopped almost immediately

Clue number one

When a distributor, PT or whatever gets stuck like this it is the first sign to not take the product

In many situations products like this are brought in to on the fact that it is a money earner

These are called multi level marketing (Google this and see for yourself)



No clue about health but know how to make money from you

The only winner here is the guy at the top of the chain

This is what Herbalife, Lighterlife, Slimming World, Nature Sunshine are all based on

And there are MANY more of these.

You see, why would you put your trust in someone who knows nothing about health or helping people lose weight

And you can notice these people from a mile off – just ask them a few questions

Anyway, back to my soy point

Soy is one of the main ingredients in many of these shake diets

And in actual fact it is the worst thing you want to be putting inside of your body if you want to lose weight 
and get healthy

Soy blocks mineral absorption

Soy is linked to ADD

Soy increases stress on the body

Soy messes with thyroid function – why many people after taking soy get diagnosed with underactive thyroid (another excuse just because the doctor said so why you find it hard to lose weight)

And finally, soy is genetically modified – basically the foods structure has been changed from its natural state via methods that include chemicals, mutation breeding etc.

So my take home point today is

Don’t do shake diets or anything that mimics these in the slightest
