Don't fall for this sh#?...
It took me just about 10 seconds and I had to switch it off.
Frustrates me like you wouldn't believe to see programs like this.
Just like those New Debenhams Size 16 Mannequin's.
Its just masking the fact.
That as a nation we are getting fatter, sicker and more depressed.
They say it's because it is what the average size person is now.
Quote on quote Debenhams says it reflects the size of many of its customers.
They said the same when the average sized person was a size 12 a few years back.
What's next.... size 20?
I personally think it's an opportunity for the public to create their own paradigm.
To accept that there is no hope for themselves to change.
To lose the weight they've gained for whatever reason.
It is also a HUGE statement that the Health Department and Government are FAILING big time in their attempt to
get the nation healthy.
And with alarming rates of obesity at an all-time high, they are simply running out of ideas.
Anyhooooowww
This is where I get controversial .
Don't let these TV programs, big clothes stores make you think any different about yourself.
You are not like the majority.
You can really change.
You are simply 'U'.
It first starts with resetting the mindset, just as I am going to show people how to do on Saturday at our FREE workshop.
It is then having the belief in what we do can help because we do, do things VERY differently.
Even our nutrition program (Health, Vitality and Energy 'U' Deserve program) is so different to mainstream advice even by the trusted NHS.
Just as Karen our member found
"I was also seriously challenged by your approach to nutrition - so different to mainstream advice by the "trusted" NHS. It took me a while to grasp it and understand. So, I guess a challenge was starting a new nutrition regime that I didn't fully understand and didn't feel confident in justifying to those who queried me."
Karen is just about to renew her membership with us for another!
Personally, I think, actually I know that people love to see other people struggle.
Because they are struggling.
Its like we're not supposed to be successful.
I wonder if this is dwindled its way down from the very top.
It's kinda why the 'the biggest loser' was stopped
According to myself and many other trusted fit pro's it got stopped because for whatever reason I don't agree with the methods it used got people results.
They were successful.
And then the viewings started to decline.
Ratings became even lower.
They then finally decided to scrap the show.
Replaced it with big fat gypsy wedding.
It's the same reason why people keep going back to 'Weight Lovers' sorry weight watchers because they never really achieve any kind of successes
They like to be round like minded individuals ...
And truth to be told want to stay over weight.
Same as the TV program yesterday 'get thin, got fat again'
The underlying message is 'its ok to be overweight because there are a lot of people in your shoes
Bullsh?t. You don't have to be like everyone else.
Because...
EVERYONE ELSE AS THIS FEAR OF FAILURE AND THEY'VE COME TO ACCEPT ONLY THIS!
Ignore that.
Retrain the brain... it can be done.
Be yourself.
You owe it to yourself to be successful in anything you want to be or become.
All you have to do is DECIDE that this isn't you any more!
and avoid all of this negativity crap that's out there!
Rant over!
Enjoy your day
I hope that inspired you to do something positive today!
Joe 'mannequins scare the crap out of me - ever since I watched the horror film puppet master' Hanney
oh and the fact that you earn you money from people's insecurities about there body image has nothing to do with it? having seen many fit and healthy people die early (two very dear friends were fitness fanatics and dropped dead playing squash and cycling - if only they had spent more time on the couch!) truth is we all have to die of something - but people with your opinions decide to make LIFE painful for people by using their own insecurities against them to earn you money!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment
DeleteLet me flip this for minute -
So what are the people doing that make you unhealthy then... food companies are the biggest 'drug dealers' in the world, right? are they not making HUGE profits?
The difference is we actually try to help you be the better version of YOU whatever that may be. That's for you or our member to decide.
This has nothing to do with dieing by the way and I really dont know where that came from - apologies if my article implied that anywhere but that was never my intention
Thank you for taking the time to comment - much appreciated
