A Flawed Approach to Weight Loss


 


And peeps, yes you have been and keep on insisting in doing this

When…

It’s proven NOT to work!!

Not only from the results you currently have and experienced but from also the evidence of many thousands of people who are part of this obesity epidemic
 
There’s a lot of things wrong with this…

 
1-Flawed mindset. Whether that be an accumulation of bad habits, lack of self-belief, false stories

 
And probably two of the main problems which are around your reason ‘WHY’ and the fact

 
that you have no concept of what feeling good/amazing is like?????
 
 
2- Buy magic pill or quick fix diet. You want immediate gratification, a quick fix to your problems which usually means the cheapest solution

 
The thing is though there is no such thing as a fat loss pill or quick fix diet

 
It didn’t take you overnight to create the problems you have so why on earth do you think you can undo everything in just one pill or several should I say…

 
3- As above, you want the lightening effect…. Immediate results… you think this will make you happier!

 
Dig deeper here people, is it weight loss your after or is there something deeper that you desire most?

 
Like love, compassion, a feeling of self worth, confidence, feeling and looking your best all the time not just an short amount of time!!!
 
90% of people don’t even do themselves justice on the magic pill because  the side effects so severe and I mean like…. You will need to wear a nappy 24/7 to ensure that you are prepared at all costs… I think you know what I mean here…

 
4- Lose ‘some’ weight. Those that do stick to any weight loss pill or quick fix diet will lose weight fast because they are barely eating and sometimes less than what a 2 month old baby would need never mind a grown up…

 
But then it quickly wares off

 
Or its gets harder to maintain

 
Or you just don’t want to count points, eat lettuce or shakes all day everyday for the rest of your life

 
Or you find that you are becoming un sociable, losing friends, can’t eat out, can’t even have a glass of wine with the husband

 
Or health issues for example, hair loss, water loss through going toilet so much, deficient in many vitamins an minerals resulting in a lower than normal immune system so more frequent illnesses

 
Sugar cravings like you wouldn’t believe

 
And then you find yourself ‘cheating’ no such word but one which I think you’ll resonate with

 
Which then leads to

 
5- Road bumps and problems

 
Which result in self-sabotage

 
Which then create a poor relationship with food

 
You then are not quite sure where to turn because you can no longer self-manage

 
Eventually you revert back to square one

 
Where you binge even more

 
Guilt plays a massive part

 
Confidence is low

 
Self esteem is lower

 
You feel like a failure  

 
And then…

 
You found

 
6- A new diet/quick fix pill. Your friend is doing something like flabALOT, or weightLOVERS, or LIARlife!!!!

 
Or you buy into a new trend like those 6 pack abs machines of the tv channel…

 
So you jump on this for a while

 
Which then creates this cycle again… 1 through to 6…
 
 
Then we come to a point that’s plain and simply ‘insanity’

 
Doing the same thing over and over again to expect a different result!!!

 
Question is 2014 is fast approaching

 
When are you going to break this ‘flawed approach’ ?
