Are you tired of being Stressed?

Or may you refer to stress in a number of different ways like

I am always tired

I am anxious about ......

I need a caffeine fix

Or sugar fix ...

Or do you always wake up around 2am in the morning...

There are many different ways that you can be stressed but how you feel brings about a different descriptive word that in your mind describes something else like the above

But as a matter of fact it is all stressed related

Now, I am not going to go into detail of what impact stress as on the body

Nor, how being stressed can actually be just one of the causes that sets a whirlwind of other related issues like adrenal fatigue, imbalance of hormones,  stubborn fat storage, etc.

Stress is easily dealt with once you know how

Once you have learnt about yourself

Once you accept responsibility

Once you take control of the stressful situation [whatever that may be]

And realise that your own stress is dealt with from within

Our members now know how to do this but there was a time when they once didn't

Probably, just like where you are now?

See this member's story for instance

"Suffering from stress earlier this year and carrying on with my nutrition and training was not easy but on the other hand it was also helpful. To have the gym and nutrition to focus on was something I could control when stress in my life was out of control."

Well, what has this got to do with you?

Nothing really unless you want to finally be more or less stress free

Which I imagine that you do

So the really simple answer is...

Attending the gym (our gym) is the way to manage your stress without you ever considering alternative ways, you know the ways that haven't worked

Otherwise you wouldn't still be stressed

These all simply become dismissive once you attend our gym

By the way I have felt the same.

The times when I feel more overwhelmed (stressed) are coincidently the times that I haven't worked out as much

But when I do workout the overwhelming stresses are still there but for some reason I cannot quite explain

I am able to better to manage it

It's not like, oh I've decided to work out so my stress as gone down

It's more of the same sh?t but a different day scenario

But working out helps me manage it better

It does the same for our members

I'm not sure your current gym does this

I'd go as far as saying it's purely down to the EXPERIENCE we provide to our members

Yes we could look at the programming, the nutrition, and the psychology and lifestyle side of things

But I strongly feel it is the culture we have developed

In the gym just last night I had to comment on our private members Facebook Group (members only) with the following

"Actually really overwhelmed with the silent YET powerful ENERGY & FOCUS everyone brought to the gym today!!!"

"Thank you it was a pleasure to experience such a thing
"

I hope this makes sense

Or does it only makes sense to myself and our members because it's something intangible that I find hard to explain
unless you physically experience yourself

Well, when you get comments like these:

"Definitely feel like a 2nd home for me"

"We all have our own issues and coming to RWL takes you away from them in a good way. I have complete trust in you guys."

"You are unique, high quality and person centred. The interpretation of this is that i am important to you and that represents to be best value for money."

"You stand for a lot more than other gyms - forward thinking, supportive - and are definitely more competent in your work. There is a real sense of team and teamwork with the coaches (and as a company member-coach). I also think you have a great gym - bright, clean and hygienic with a great atmosphere (somewhere you actually want to work out)."

"You are leaders in the field, and represent an excellent model for other gyms to follow (should they wish to do so). You represent your member's needs by responding to those needs."

You see what I mean, there is no way on earth that I could convince you to become a member by only talking about this but hopefully real world member stories will.

I will finish by leaving you with one other raving fan comment that is related to stress

"I was struggling with a loss that no amount of therapy could shift and wanted to challenge myself to do something completely out of my comfort zone. Initially i was not sure that you could help but i very quickly realised that this was something that i could do without needing to be any other label and that giving up some perceived control showed me that i was using emotional control as a way of allowing the rest of my life to be out of control. i learned that exercise gave me freedom."
