Why so many hoops?

A common response to our 'Application to become member' process is that of, "I just want to be a member so why do I have to pass through so many hoops, in that case I'll look elsewhere"

So I feel that I should answer this for those of you that may be in the same boat

This is RWL, people... not the path of least resistance or taking you on because you have a pulse and purse

Which I'm sure you're familiar with in the fitness industry, right?

We are the opposite.

There are many reasons why we ask people to go through this process

And in the beginning you could say that we are trying our best to put you off from becoming a member

You see, coaching you to be more positive and confident

Coaching you to be a goal achiever rather than a goal chaser

Coaching you to change your body shape to something that you've never experienced but always wanted

Coaching you to nourish your body with more nutritious food after years of dieting

Coaching you to install new habits of self-management over years of bad habits and self-sabotaging

Coaching you to find working out inspirational and empowering over that of hate, boring and sometimes painful

All of the above may be easier said than done, but its certainly easier than living the rest of your life with anger, stress,
being out of shape, ill-health, bad eating habits, no hopes, no confidence and even pain.

We have to do the 'application to become a member process' if we want to free ourselves from the binds of ignorance.

Let go of what you know is norm, even if it's the norm of you to hold on

Basically, if you try what you've always done, you will always get what you've always got.

This is the starter in our Lifestyle M.E.N.U to health

The mains will be disgusting if you don't like the starter.

Ps - the average person puts on 10lbs over Christmas, I trust isn't going to be you, right?
