Are you the type of person who lives by excuses?

Then I'm afraid you'll always continue to find excuses

And never achieve the results you so desire

So I suggest that you stop wasting everyone's time

Including your own

Unless you're willing to do a few things to change

How do you know if you are a person who lives by excuses?

Well, just take a look at your actions

You may have found yourself doing one or more of these things

-always planning on eating or working out but never do...

-knowing that you need to eat healthier and workout but never plan to... which then leads to the
above

-you know your trigger foods but you continue to buy them for the house... probably the only place where you have control

-can't sleep but you choose to have a TV in the bedroom

-you have a gym membership but choose not to use it

-constantly feel stressed but always watch the news last thing at night and listen the news on the radio first thing

-find yourself overwhelmed by many things or just the same thing over and over again.. yet, you know what it is but it's still in your live overwhelming you

The last point is very impressionable on many people

Probably meaning you as well

You see, its something that is known as the 'I know, I know Syndrome'

Its where you know something but don't do anything about it

It might not be too obvious to you right now

BUT knowing is NOT the limiting factor

It's YOU that is the problem

Its YOU doing the DOING that's the problem

That where the excuses usually pop up!!

The most common comment I get when discussing peoples goals or life in general is

Joe 'I know I should do and I know what I should be doing with xyz (mainly exercise, nutrition and
time) but I just cant'

Wait a second. So why is everyone concerned about gaining more knowledge?

Everyone knows that eating mcd's is bad for you

Everyone knows that smoking can kill you

Knowledge doesn't change these excusing behaviours

Your actions do!

The question is are you willing to learn less but do more!!

I'll leave this with you to ponder over

Till next time

Joe 'ready, fire, aim' Hanney

Ps - see what i done with my name?  if not I'll write about this sometime.

Pps - stay tuned for tomorrow because its about goals and I have something very important to say about this especially as only 3% of the population only ever achieve their goals...
